Happy 4th Anniversary!

Happy 4th Anniversary to my awesome and wonderful husband!! I can't believe that it's been 4 years already. We've been through a lot together and more than some people want to have in 10 years, even 20. B is totally my soul mate. It's amazing how much we think alike and how we know exactly what the other is thinking. I can't tell you how many times we've been able to call "jinx" on each other! (yes, we're childish, no I don't care!)

He is the best husband. My heart melts every time I see him and melts even more when he's playing with Lexi and being a daddy. He's my rock. He knows when something is wrong. He knows exactly what to do to get me out of a funk. He knows how to make me laugh until I cry. He takes care of me and our daughter.

He has the wildest dreams. Anyone who knows him knows that. But that's what I love about him. He's able to dream. He reaches far past the stars and doesn't care what anyone else thinks about the dream. I love you B. Thank you for being the man of my dreams!

We're off tonight to celebrate sans child. It's been a long time since we've had a nice dinner out just the two of us! :) (special thanks to steph and erick for the babysitting!!!)

Did I hear that right?

B is off visiting his grandma this weekend and trying to clean out his dad's garage (not a small task, let me tell you! I believe I've commented about the no less than 10 shovels in one garage...). We've talked to him several times since Friday night. Yesterday at one time I talked to him, he had been visiting with his friend/brother, Mike. He and his wife, Amanda, just moved into a new to them house so Mike was showing off the house including Amanda's scrap room.

While on the phone, B says, "Amanda has this scrapping thing that I want to buy for you." Oh really? Hmm. "It's called a cricut." (I've kept my obsession a secret from him apparently...) "It's really cool." So I say, oh yeah, I really really want one and he comments that it's only $159. Well, if you know me, you know I can't get the littlest, smallest one and I need the big mamma-jamma. Told him as much.

L: "That's not the one I want....I want the bigger one...the one that's like $299."
B: "Go figure"
L: "No, I want the bigger one cause it will do vinyl."
B: "Oh really? Huh. Well, we may need to split that cause I could use the vinyl, too, for car stuff."

I thought I had cleaned out my ears yesterday morning, but I'm not so sure.....
