Just recently, Dawn McVey did a fun
tutorial on her blog with cute little flowers she made. Because it was so easy and super cute, I had to immediately try it for myself! She used pages from an old book, but since it was after 10pm on Saturday night, I had to make do with what I had :) I wound up using 5 of the papers out of PTI's Turning A New Leaf.

I was going to use a button like she did, however, it covered up too much of the paper, in my opinion, so I just stuck with the brad. It matched my paper anyway, so I was fine with it!

I think Spring Moss is one of my newest favorite colors. It really goes with so many colors that I would've never thought of! I pulled out my edge distresser, which I haven't used in awhile, at least not since Christmas cards! It works perfect with the patterned paper since it has a slight distressed look to it.

Supplies (all PTI unless noted):
Paper - Spring Moss, Plum Pudding, Kraft, Turning A New Leaf
Ink - Tea Dye Duo, Plum Pudding
Stamps - Polka Dot Basics, Mega Mixed Messages
Other - scalloped punch, edge distresser, Making Memories Harvest brad
